1930s 1940s eyelet waist slip skirt with raw hem
1930s, 1940s ish chopped slip skirt. cut on bias so this skirt has such a pretty flounce to it, very coquette. lovely side gusset detail. someone at some point cut the original hem off and replaced the original elastic (or maybe ribbon?) with newer elastic.
